Mostly sunny today. And HOT with a top of 29°C. The early morning low of 16°C will climb quickly, and with light winds accompanying the sunshine, it really is going to be a gorgeous day. Regional Victoria will continue to get some showers though and a moderate flood warning is in place for the Yarra. And watch out for that UV, which will be high at 8; cover up when outside.

Subtropical cyclone Nicole is expected to strengthen into a Category-1 hurricane on Wednesday and hit Florida’s east coast early Thursday.
